Re-Roofing Brocklewood Primary School

Overview

Re-Roofing the whole school while still active, Health & Safety was paramount. Existing materials contained asbestos but where non-notifiable, Cassie roofing removed the existing roof coverings under the correct method and disposed of in the correct manner leaving the school with a watertight building and asbestos free roof 

The Solution

All Rainwater goods replaced with new deep flow system

Internal suspended ceilings and decorations carried with electrical lights replaced with new LED Lighting 

Install new windows to allow further day light into admin office 

Thomas Cassie & Sons worked well with the site managers, and all concerned to achieve the perfect finish product. 

The Results

The school were very happy with the overall finished project. 

The Project was nominated for metal roofing award at the PRA 25/11/2022
